* Esnek Rezervasyon (Her hangi bir neden göstermeksizin tekneye binişten 30 gün öncesine kadar rezervasyonunuzu iptal ya da tarihini değiştirme imkanı sunar. Tatil planlarınızın değişmesi durumunda her hangi ilave maliyet oluturmayacak şekilde ve sınırsız olarak yeniden planlayabilirsiniz veya yeni tarihler kounsunda emin değilseniz siz tarihi belirleyene kadar rezervasyonunuz açık halde tutabilirsiniz. Esnek Rezervasyon planı ile rezervasyon değiştirme maliyetleri tamamen ortadan kalmakta ve kesin iptal durumunda ise iade bedelinde cayma bedeli asgariye inmektedir (Kira bedelinin %15’i, asgari 350 Euro ile sınırlanmıştır). Ekstra Bonus: Binişe 7 gün kala ülke sınırlarının kapnması durumunda Ücretsiz iptal ve TAM TUTAR İADE imkanı sağlanmaktadır. Açıklama : ESNEK PLAN rezervasyon onayından itibaren 72 saat içinde karar verilmesi ile kiralama bedelinin %10’si ilave edilmesi ile hesaplanır. Binişe 30 günden az olan rezervasyonlar için ESNEK PLAN imkanı bulunmamaktadır.

**APA (ADVANCE PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE): amount of the charter fee is to be paid by the client in addition to the charter fee which includes all fuel and relevant costs for the yacht and its tenders, as well as harbour, customs, utility and other additional costs for the yacht, crew, client and guest during the entire charter period. The Client will be advised by the captain, at intervals, as to the disbursement of the APA and will, if the balance remaining becomes insufficient, in light of current expenditure, pay to the captain , a sufficient sum to maintain an adequate credit balance. Prior to disembarkation at the end of the charter period, the captain shall present to the Client a detailed account of expnditures witrh as many supporting receipts as possible. The client will pay to the captain the balance of the expenses or the captain/charter company will repay to the Client any balance overpaid, as the case may be. Payment for special requirements or equipment and/or shore transport and /or excursions and/or all other expenses not customarily considered part of the Yachts costs may be required to be paid to the captain on board in addition to the charter fee and/or APA.
